Quality rice and beans side, with the refried black beans having deep flavor & nicely garnished with cotija.. I will be back forsure for more carnitas & will try some of their seafood options too. ”
“ We got a California Burrito and some Tacos. It was delicious. They weren't stingy for meat servings. The staff was kind and patient. We also got some horchata which was great. It's authentic Mexican food. The environment is very down to earth, which I like. It's a casual place to eat, and it's still delicious. Would definitely come back ”
“ It has been a while since we have eaten here. My brother ordered his usual carnitas plate, I ordered chile relleno a la carte and an elote. The carnitas were a little salty but with rice, salad and beans balanced it out. The chile relleno was big, I was glad I did not get the plate with rice and beans. The corn was nice, a little sour, the cotija is usually the flavor that I like to taste. Service is nice and efficient. Tried tripas tacos, chewy but tasty. Came with salsa and pickled carrots and beets along with chips. My brother got a carnitas burrito. Tasty as well but he could not finish it all. Not too salty this time. ”

“ Great food, reasonably priced, good value. Service rating isn't because it's bad...the friendly counter lady arranges for your food to come out. If you're fond of normal restaurant service, this may not be the place for you. You order at the counter, then can eat either inside or carry your stuff behind the parking lot for some park-like seating. When I had too much, a clerk did help us carry it out, which was unexpected and nice. NOT fancy but tasty! The outside seating--a bit on your own, but fresh air and not too distant from the restaurant. Outside is NOT for people with mobility issues or who have a posh sense of things. Picture you took your take-out and ate at a nearby park. ”
“ The 5 stars is for their Carnitas Plate. I'm not sure about the rest of their food, bit if it's anything like this plate, then it's probably good. Plate came with chips, rice, beans, greens, and tortilla priced at 14. Not bad considering how expensive NorCal is. Carnitas tested without salsa - tastes great Greens were fresh, tortilla hot, and chips were crunchy. I have only gone once and ordered to go so I cannot comment on the personality of the restaurant, but they were friendly at checkout. I would eat here again. ”
“ Wow, Amazing ! Just look at the size of this wet Burrito ! It was Soooo delicious. The green sauce was phenomenal ! And this meal as pictured with soda, chips, and side salad is reasonably priced for the Palo Alto area. This Burrito is so big, i will eat half for dinner and save half for lunch tomorrow. I recommend and will return for more ! ”
